Updated patch based on Adam Roben's comments.

Renamed $supportLibsURL to $versionFileURL and moved common code to check for
presence of WebKitSupportLibrary.zip and extract its version into method
zipFileVersionOrDieAndInstructToDownload(). I am open to suggestions.
