Build works fine on Chromium/V8, filled the ChangeLog with all necessary
information.
The patch can now be considered ready for review.

A follow-up patch can remove SVGList, JSSVGContextCache, JSSVGPODTypeWrapper
and all v8 counterparts, finally!
