Attached is an updated version for attachment #54939 and attachment #54940.

This updated version is able to build SVN r59151, and replaces the ADD_FEATURE
and DEL_FEATURE macros with a WEBKIT_FEATURE macro, which makes it easier to
define default features and enable/disable each one from ccmake/cmake-gui/cmake
-DENABLE_$FEATURE=ON|OFF.
