This solution should work from standalone QtWebKit builds as well.

This generates individual VC project files for all binaries but does not (yet)
enable autogenerating a "master" VC project file. The best way to take
advantage of this patch is to open the generated QtLauncher project file and
add jscore and QtWebKit projects to it manually (and define the dependencies) -
works great for me.
