I've modified the patch to not include the icon url in the notification.
Instead there is just a notification that the icons for the document changed.
Agents are free to ignore those notifications. If an agent is interested it can
get the updated icon url from the document. This will allow more flexibility as
webkit adds additional support for multiple favicons.
