Thanks Lucas you remind me, I've updated the CMake file now. Also updated the
chromium gyp file, which I missed previously. I can't find the output of the
Windows EWS, and if it is correct on Windows I also need to add the new files
to its project file.
This 7 or more different build systems seems hardly maintainable for the long
term.
