I'm not an expert here, but the minus lines outnumber the plus lines and the
plus lines are prettier.

More seriously, I looked through this and the parts I understood looked good. 
There were some calculations that mystified me, but looks plausible.  If
there's a better reviewer for this code, please let me or Peter know.
