Preliminary patch including new (additional) COMPILER(MINGW64) instead of
ifdefs for __MINGW64_VERSION_MAJOR

Additional changes were made vs the previous patch (PluginView.cpp and
TransformationMatrix.h), discovered when compiling webkit for Qt on mingw-w64.
