Only changes from patch 46171 are to add the copyFontTableForTag method
(CGFontCopyTableForTag doesn't exist on Tiger) and to move the implementation
of scaleEmToUnits from RenderTextControl.h to RenderTextControl.cpp. Sorry to
add another iteration to this review.
