-. Merge with latest code for preparing patch landing (Chromium bots are ready
for python 2.5+).
-. Simplify the upload code as the AE replaces blobstore with multiple
datastore entries for file storage. Blobstore is good for large file but not
suitable for incremental merging / updating.
