This patch is currently useful only if the developer modified its mkspec to
build Qt using Cpp0x.

I don't know if this should go in trunk, maybe it should go in the staging area
instead until there is actually a more official way to enable Cpp0x in qt (e.g.
an option in configure).
What do you think?
