This will compile and link Mac OS X without drag and drop support.

Of course Mac OS X (and many other platforms) will never ship in this
configuration, so should the Mac code really be conditionally compiled for
this?

iPhone ships with this code off; the goal is to get more iPhone changes into
webkit.org.
