This patch does not include the consoleIcon.png image, however it adds that
image to the appropriate build files and assumes it exists. I'll just wait on
an image from Timothy Hatcher. The patch itself can be reviewed.

Remaining Issues:
- Switching Panels should be broken into two steps so that animating the drawer
to full size should not temporarily show a white background.
- Switching off and on the Console panel should cancel the closing animation
(if one is running) and retrigger the opening animation.
