I've updated the copyright notice on historymanger.* and also tweaked a few
bits. 
Just FYI I started out with
http://github.com/Arora/arora/tree/master/src/history/historymanager.cpp and
ended up removing everything except the minimum required to support the tests.
The contents of the remaining functions are entirely different from the
original and their names are defined by qwebhistoryinterface.
