This makes DerivedSources.make and make{prop,values}.pl a more permissive in
what kind of line endings they'll expect coming out of
WebCore/css/*CSSPropertyNames.in.

This may incidentally help the Apple developers who were having problems with
the "only add Cygwin to PATH when necessary" patch; I'm not sure.
