Removing specific reviewer request.

The only thing that needs review here is that adding DOMValidityState.{h,mm}
(which we needed to compile) but not adding to Copy-Generated Headers or adding
DOMValidityStateInternal* is kosher.  Everything else is the same as the patch
on Friday other than a layout test fix.
