	* Scripts/modules/bugzilla.py:
	(Bugzilla.fetch_bug_ids_from_commit_queue): Use bug_server
	instead of hard-coding the URL.
	(Bugzilla.authenticate): Remove extra '/' before URL path.
	(Bugzilla.add_patch_to_bug): Ditto.
