Create a WebKitSoupAuthDialog soup session feature with the UI and, optionally,
keyring storage of credentiales. If keyring is not enabled the feature is still
usable, but obviously nothing will be remembered across sessions. Also, as this
is a feature, it will be possible to completely disable it by users when the
get_session patch lands.
