This is a blind attempt at fixing the problems Apple Windows engineers run into
when applying my other patch.  I suspect some internal script is either
changing PRODUCTVERSION's contents or setting $RC_PROJECTSOURCEVERSION, and
with my other patch applied the guilty party gets a \r ending.	This should fix
that.
