Moved the fillRule from renderPath to setup.

Yes, but I can't use it. Every platform has it's own renderPath() with it's
platform dependent code and we can't get rid of it at the moment.
I'll move this renderPath code to SVGPaintServer, when the gradient and pattern
code was changed too.
