Minusing based off my comments.

One thing I should say is that this patch has absolutely no vendor support.  In
fact neither Safari nor Chrome are willing to add EOT support.

If there is no major vendor that is actually interested in shipping this code,
then I don't think it should land in the WebKit tree.
