The reduction should show the issue. My conclusion resulted in the attached
change to HTMLTokenizer.cpp. I believe/I'm confident that
FrameLoader::checkCompleted gets called already for all the cases where
HTMLTokenizer::timerFired would have called
FrameLoader::tokenizerProcessedData.

The ChangeLog entry needs some work :).
