This addresses Darin's comments in
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=20422#c34 and
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=20422#c38. This is merely the basic
JavaScriptCore patch for memory allocation control and doesn't include changes
to JavaScriptCore, WebCore, etc. to use this. That is to be done in a
succeeding patch.
