Older Plugin patch has been updated to r31990
- Modified original patch to use Directory instead of Path
- Implemented getFileModificationTime for
WebCore/platform/gtk/FileSystemGtk.cpp

The getFileModificationTime is necessary for plugins to load as per the new
changes in the trunk.
