This just adds form feed to the whitespace list (for *all* class name parsing,
please let me know if that should be split out into another patch. It's about 6
characters on a line that's already being modified, so I figured it would be
fine here), and adds my copyright header to the files I made more than tiny
changes on (thanks for pointing that out olliej!).
