A patch that removes the dashes from the boundary prefix.  It's a speculative
fix, but will match more closely the behavior of Firefox 2.0.0.2, Opera 9.10
and Mac IE 5.2.3.

Someone should verify what MSIE 6 and/or MSIE 7 do as well.
