-Make the WebKitGtkpage a GtkLayout (for now) which needs to be embedded into a
GtkScrolledWindow
-Rename the namespace from WebKitGtk to WebCore and add core/kit methods
converting from WebKitGtkFrame (WebFrame) to WebCore::Frame and the same for
page.
-Start reducing the implementation of FrameGdk, Move the WebKitGtkFrame
(WebFrame) instance pointer into the FrameLoaderClientGdk which will be moved
to WebKit/gtk/WebCoreSupport
-Move ChromeClientGdk to WebKit/gtk/WebCoreSupport
