This patch fixes the remaining windows build problems, excluding those covered
by bug 10765.

I don't think my use of const_cast is correct, but avoiding that seems to
require some more fundamental changes, either to make the glyphBuffer non-const
or to make the code not try to mutate the glyphBuffer's contents.
