This patch removes the code in my previous patch that caused WebKit to refer to
WebDataProtocol. I believe this patch now addresses all of Maciej's comments
via IRC. There is still one part of the patch that modifies WebDataProtocol.mm,
however this isn't needed for the layout tests to pass, but is only needed to
prevent Safari crashing.
