This bug has already been fixed by a previous commit (see Comment #10), but I
thought it should have a layout test to prevent future regressions.  Inspired
by Darin's layout test for Bug 5731, I created a similar layout test for this
bug.

The only two display styles not shown are "table-column-group" and
"table-column".  I'm not sure if this means there is a rendering bug that still
needs to be fixed or not, though.
