Changes from Patch v2:

- Removed DumpRenderTreeQt changes.
- Broke up two webarchive tests into 10 tests.
- Changed nil to NULL in NSPropertyListSerialization
propertyListFromData:mutabilityOption:format:errorDescription: call.
- Fixed error message for webarchive.
- Updated ChangeLog entries.
