Ok, I think this is ready.  There's some vaguely hacky stuff given that I
didn't bother to collapse WebCoreTextRenderer and WebTextRenderer, and then I
added new C APIs to WebCoreTextRenderer.h, but ultimately everything will go
away except for those new APIs (as all the code moves into the Font classes).
