Looks good.  Much better than the non-existant guidelines we had previously! :)
 I think "Detecting WebKit" sounds better than "Recogizing WebKit".  Others
(ggaren, xenon, mark) might also have opinions, but we can always tweak this
more after landing.  Thanks for taking the bull by the horns and getting this
done Joost.
