Okay, ran it through the tests. The same 31 tests fail both before
and after applying the patch:

fast/block/basic/010
fast/block/float/004
fast/block/float/005
fast/block/float/006
fast/block/margin-collapse/006
fast/block/margin-collapse/030
fast/block/margin-collapse/031
fast/block/margin-collapse/037
fast/block/margin-collapse/038
fast/block/margin-collapse/055
fast/block/positioning/002
fast/compact/002
fast/inline-block/002
fast/parser/fonts
fast/text/whitespace/002 to 018 all fail

I have attached the diff to bug 3406 along with an improved test
case. I don't know how to generate the Render tree expected output
files with all the correct dimensions though. I will have to leave
that to someone else. The expected output line is:

'Cept Safari’s Naïve Nut'in
