This patch disables antialiasing, like darin did on the branch (r1.124.8.2).

With this patch in place, about 160 of the pixel tests fail (btw, our pixel
test for acid2 is useless). Practically anything that has a <HR> or anything
with border-style groove or ridge gives a 0.00% or 0.01% pixel difference,
which usually means just a few pixels in the corners. fast/block/float/016 and
fast/table/029 are the only ones that could be significant in my opinion.
