[webkit-qt] Qt 5.9 webkit with cmake

Hi,

Could you please let me know if Qtwebkit version
http://download.qt.io/community_releases/5.9/5.9.0-final/ could be built
using cmake with yocto recipes or use qmake?

Basically setHtml() or QWebPage creation takes more time for the first time
with UiApp, so would like to check the behavior with Qt 5.9 webkit version.
