[webkit-qt] Qtwebkit 5.212 setuserstylesheet() is taking 7seconds time first time on startup

Hello Konstantin,

As you mentioned delay could be due to complex layout computation, could
you please let me know if you refer to Qt layouts where QWebView is added
as this delay occurs even for empty stylesheet using setuserstylesheet api?
