[webkit-qt] QtWebkit 5.212 issue

buildtools like cmake always look for pkg-config (.pc) files or header
files. In debian, you need to install dev packages (libsqlite3-dev in
this case).

Make sure you have the following files:

/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/pkgconfig/sqlite3.pc

/usr/include/sqlite3.h
