[webkit-qt] sqlite database as local storage

i was talking about this issue with my team, and we kind of wrote off 
this possibility as our application runs on android too and, our main 
issue about this is memory usage ... we're thinking about a good old 
rest service in cpp to bridge between javascript and sqlite :)
