Updates:
  * jturcotte status: re Flash flickering on Windows: Seems like the only thing we do is send the mousemove and then paint. Flash seems to trigger the repaint and reset the mousecursor on its own on a timer triggered from a secondary thread. It's pretty difficult to know what we're doing (or not doing) that could cause it, but I'll keep trying for one or two more days.
