I'm also getting some earlier errors:

/usr/lib64/qt4/bin/rcc: File does not exist '../../../WebCore/WebCore.qrc'
/usr/lib64/qt4/bin/rcc: File does not exist '../../../WebCore/inspector/front-end/WebKit.qrc'
...
/usr/lib64/qt4/bin/rcc: File does not exist '../../../../WebKitTools/QtTestBrowser/QtTestBrowser.qrc'
