Besides setting ENABLE_MATHML to 1, you will also need the patch from 
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=104127 unless you are already using 
Webkit trunk or Qt 5.1. Without that patch any shapes depending on glyph 
bounds are likely to be badly placed.
