[webkit-qt] Qt5 qtwebkit Ubuntu package

So I was having trouble getting webgl to work (canvas.getContext returns
NULL) when building qtwebkit from source, so I thought I'd try Ubuntu
13.04's libqt5webkit5 and libqt5webkit5-dev packages, but I'm unable to
initialize webgl this way either.

Do the qtwebkit packages have webgl enabled, or is there something else on
my machine that I need to fix? Thanks
