In this case it is different. We do not have platform plugins on
Qt/WebKit2. So I took some ideas from your API, but in general it is
completely different.

My patch provides a stock implementation (in case you build with Enchant
support), and allows to add alternate implementations (in case you need
an specific platform implementation.
