[webkit-qt] why is the flag ENABLE_ACCELERATED_2D_CANVAS set to 0

Hi,

Looking at the file
http://trac.webkit.org/browser/trunk/Tools/qmake/mkspecs/features/features.pri,
I noticed that the ENABLE_ACCELERATED_2D_CANVAS is set to 0

what does that flag actually do? does it enable/disable some HTML5
features, accelerated compositing maybe?

can I enable it?
