[webkit-qt] cannot show web inspector in qtwebkit 2.3+Qt 4.8 on Window

Thank you very much, Jocelyn. I followed your instruction, changed api.pri and Target.pri. Now Windows QtWebkit can locate correct inpector resource.

http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/137436 and maybe also http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/141892 might have to be cherry-picked in the 2.3 branch.
