Updates:
  * bbandix status: fixing infinite loop and scale-to-fit in the PageViewportController, creating new API test to cover the problem
  * tronical status: uploaded first patch for RenderThemeQStyle split to bug #98268
  * azbest_hu status: enable WK2 build on MSVC bot, coverage processing
  * reni status: debugging out a tricky fontconfig bug what caused the performance problem in suid sandbox
  * kkristof status: experimenting with gles shaders
  * dicska status: adding --timeout to DRT and WTR to run slow tests with propertimeout
  * kbalazs status: uploaded repaint rects patch in 68870 with rebaselines, struggling with symbol exports in 98048 (disallow disallowing AC), mock scrollbars landed thanks to Ossy
  * Ossy status: gardening, fighting with updating 600+ expected files after kbalazs's mock scrollbar patch (svn commit took ~30 mi minutes), found an NRWT bug (http://wkb.ug/98260), bisecting crashing WK2 API tests (without success)
  * setanta status: updating the test fonts and the tests that use them.
