[webkit-qt] Compiling with V8

Hi,

Besides the ICU dependency, building WebKit with V8 is unfortunately
not supported.
Although the option is still there the configuration is nonfunctional,
or not even compiling by now, and it will most probably be removed
from trunk soon.
