[webkit-qt] Compiling with V8

Hi,

When I try to build webkit with v8 and qt in RHEL, I get the following
error:

Project ERROR: To build QtWebKit with Qt 5 you need ICU

I do have the libicu-devel package installed. Does anyone know how to fix
this?
