[webkit-qt] qt5 version updated for bot / development

Hi All,

I updated the Qt5 on the Qt5 WK1 and WK2 buildbots, additional buildfix and layout
test fix in webkit trunk wasn't necessary. But I had to modify my build script.
I had to add qt3d instead of qtquick3d module, because of the following commit:

     Remove QtQuick3D repository references from Qt5.

     Qt3D had temporarily resided in the Qt5 repository under qtquick3d.
     There is now a qt3d submodule which is compiling and testing correctly.
     Qt5 had previously removed support for building the qtquick3d submodule
     by default. This commit is the final step in cleaning up the previous
     version.
